Interaction with our website or payment of an active invoice establishes agreement to these Terms of Service. These terms govern all production services provided by Purely Productions LLC, including pre-production planning, on-site filming, post-production editing, and final content delivery.
Purely Productions LLC provides timeline estimates based on project scope and known requirements. Final timelines may shift due to revision cycles, client response times, weather, venue restrictions, or other third-party dependencies outside our direct control.
Production engagements delivered by Purely Productions LLC are structured through proposals, deposits, and milestone payments defined in project agreements. Invoices are due according to approved terms. Purely Productions LLC may pause filming, editing, or delivery if payment obligations are not met. Any approved third-party hard costs (such as location fees, permits, talent, travel, or licensed media) are billed separately from service fees.
Efficient production requires timely collaboration. The client must provide Purely Productions LLC with access to locations, stakeholders, brand assets, and required approvals. Delays in access or approvals may directly impact the agreed production timeline.
Upon fulfillment of financial obligations, final deliverables produced by Purely Productions LLC transfer to the client as specified in the project agreement. Purely Productions LLC may display non-confidential excerpts for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unless otherwise specified in a signed long-term agreement, standard production services may be terminated by either party with thirty days written notice. Following final account settlement, Purely Productions LLC will complete a clean handoff of agreed deliverables and relevant project assets.
